NEC Contract Suite

The NEC suite is now central to major infrastructure procurement in Australia. Used well, it drives collaboration and transparency; used poorly, it exposes both sides to avoidable risk.

We deliver structured training across the full NEC3 and NEC4 suite. Sessions can be shaped around role, project phase, or specific mechanisms: early warnings, compensation events, programme acceptance under clauses 31 and 32, and assessment under clause 63, including the application of Australian Y clauses.
