Tottenham Court Road Station formed part of a major London rail upgrade programme (Cross Rail) delivered in a high-pressure urban environment, with complex interfaces, live operational constraints and significant commercial risk.

What Acuity Did

Acuity led commercial management on major station works at Tottenham Court Road, including involvement in a distressed contract environment on a major M&E target cost subcontract. The role focused on restoring commercial clarity through detailed cost control, forecasting, contract administration and account management.

We supported the project through improved financial reporting, management of change and strengthened oversight of commercial performance, helping project teams better understand cost exposure and respond more effectively to delivery challenges.
