What Acuity Did

Acuity provided commercial leadership on the USC Advanced Water Recycling Centre, supporting Sydney Water from procurement strategy and market engagement through to contract negotiation, commercial set-up and post-contract management.

Our role focused on strengthening the project’s commercial framework by aligning NEC4 processes with Sydney Water’s internal governance requirements. We introduced an integrated approach to change management, improved commercial reporting, and supported clearer management of scope, risk and approvals across the project.
