Project Overview

Kings Cross Station is one of London’s busiest and most complex transport interchanges, requiring major upgrade works in a live operational environment with significant interface, staging and stakeholder management challenges.

What Acuity Did

Acuity brought commercial management capability, supporting the management of significant subcontract packages and complex commercial issues during delivery. This included cost control, subcontract administration, budget monitoring and assessment of the cost and programme impacts of change, delay and additional work.

Our role also extended to dispute support on a bridge construction package, using clear commercial analysis and cost-versus-value reporting to help inform negotiations and resolution strategy. By maintaining strong oversight of internal expenditure against budget, we helped identify emerging issues early and improve commercial decision-making throughout delivery.
